Product Information

The products presented on the Fabled Treasures website constitute Fabled Treasures' regular assortment. In the event of any discrepancies between terms, product information, or prices stated on the website and in other publications, the information on the website shall prevail.

General information about the products (including characteristics and functions) is provided on each respective product page.

Prices and Shipping

Current product prices are displayed on the Fabled Treasures website and are updated in real time. All prices are stated in SEK and include VAT.

Fabled Treasures reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The price published on the website at the time of purchase applies unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping costs are added to all products.

Payment Terms

As a customer, you acknowledge and accept that placing an order on the Fabled Treasures website constitutes a payment obligation.

Payment is made by debit or credit card issued in Sweden or via direct payment through internet banking via XXXX.

Orders and Order Confirmation

By completing a purchase from Fabled Treasures, you accept these General Terms and Conditions. By accepting them, you agree to comply fully with the terms and consent to the processing of your personal data as described below.

Sales are not made to individuals under the age of 18.

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email titled "Your Fabled Treasures Order Receipt" with the subject line "Thank you for your order" will be sent. This confirmation serves as both order details and receipt.

Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing goods from Fabled Treasures, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase in accordance with applicable distance selling laws. This means you may cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact Fabled Treasures and provide your order number (Order #1234 (Month DD, YYYY)) via email at fabledtreasures00@gmail.com, after which you will receive further instructions.

Open Purchase (Returns Policy)

For items in Fabled Treasures' standard assortment, returns with a full refund are accepted up to 60 days from the invoice date. The product must not be opened, used, or damaged.

Complaints (Faulty Goods)

You should carefully inspect all goods upon receipt to ensure they are free from defects and function as expected.

If you wish to report a defect, you must contact Fabled Treasures within a reasonable time after discovering the issue.

Complaints are submitted via your account/order history on the website, where you create a case to receive a return number. This number helps identify and process your return but does not mean the complaint has been approved.

The product must then be returned to Fabled Treasures within 14 days.

If the complaint is approved, compensation will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, either through a replacement product or a refund (including any additional costs).

Returns

Returns (due to withdrawal, complaints, or open purchase) should be sent in the original packaging or other suitable packaging and properly secured in outer packaging approved by PostNord (e.g., a corrugated cardboard box).

Any damage caused by inadequate packaging will be charged to the customer.

For withdrawals, open purchases, and complaints, you are responsible for return shipping costs and the product until it reaches Fabled Treasures. In approved complaint cases, shipping costs will be reimbursed.

If using a return label provided by Fabled Treasures, the company assumes responsibility for the product once it has been handed over to the postal service.

Please note that custom-made pieces are generally non-refundable unless they arrive defective.

Transport Damage

It is important to ensure your package is undamaged upon delivery. If your package is damaged, contact Fabled Treasures immediately via email at fabledtreasures00@gmail.com.

If damage is discovered after opening, report it immediately as described above.

Personal Data

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you consent to the processing of your personal data.

Fabled Treasures is the data controller for the information you provide. Your data is processed to manage your purchase and fulfill obligations toward you as a customer.

You have the right to object to your data being used for marketing purposes by contacting [fabledtreasures00@gmail.com](mailto:fabledtreasures00@gmail.com) with your account name and registered email address.

Your data will not be stored longer than permitted by applicable data protection laws. You have the right once per year, free of charge, to request information about the personal data being processed.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Fabled Treasures website is owned by Fabled Treasures and protected by intellectual property and marketing laws. This includes trademarks, company names, product names, images, graphics, design, and layout, which may not be copied or used without written permission.

Printing or copying for personal, non-commercial use is permitted. Any other reproduction or use requires prior written consent.

Links to Third-Party Websites

Links on the Fabled Treasures website may direct users to external sites not controlled by Fabled Treasures. The company is not responsible for the content of such websites.

Disputes

Any disputes may be referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Fabled Treasures follows ARN recommendations as company policy.

Other

Fabled Treasures is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, such as war, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or supply disruptions.

The company reserves the right to change all information, including prices and product offerings, without prior notice. Changes do not apply to already concluded agreements.

All information is provided subject to typographical errors, incorrect specifications, supplier price changes, and stock availability.

Information on the website does not constitute a guarantee unless explicitly stated. Offers are valid while supplies last unless otherwise specified.

Fabled Treasures reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
